Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if the product remains sealed, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
3. Opened Products
Products that have been opened or unsealed are not eligible for a refund. However, they may be eligible for an exchange within 14 days if there is a valid reason and the product meets our exchange conditions.
4. Product Condition
To qualify for a refund or exchange, products must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase.
