Refund and Returns Policy

At Free Comp, we take product quality seriously and encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase. Please read this policy thoroughly before completing your order.


1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Free Comp does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Compatibility issues
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Once an order is completed and payment is processed, the transaction cannot be reversed.


2. Exchange Policy (14 Days Only)

We offer product exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase are required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Software, licenses, or digital products
  • Storage devices that have been opened or used
  • Products showing signs of physical damage or misuse
  • Clearance or promotional items (if marked as final sale)

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective upon arrival or different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Free Comp will inspect the item and, if approved, provide an exchange for the same product or an equivalent alternative.


5. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within the 14-day period
  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
  3. Await approval and return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to an error by Free Comp.


6. Condition Inspection

All returned items are subject to inspection.
If an item is found to be used, damaged, or altered, the exchange request will be rejected and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.


7. Policy Updates

Free Comp reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to future purchases only.
